These Terms govern access to aliinns.com (the “Site”). The Site is an advertising, travel-information and availability-enquiry service operated by Aliinns LTD. Submitting a form on the Site does not itself create a confirmed travel booking and no payment is collected through the enquiry form.

1. Tour Information

Tour names, routes, operators, age ranges, ratings, prices, promotions and inclusions may be based on public operator or marketplace information available at the time of publication. This information can change. The applicable operator’s current confirmation and booking documents take precedence over the Site.

2. Availability Enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, you ask Aliinns LTD to review your request and contact you using the details you provide. Availability is not guaranteed. A place is not reserved until the applicable booking process is completed and any required payment is accepted under the final terms presented to you.

3. Prices, Promotions and Extra Costs

Unless stated otherwise, prices displayed on the Site are reference starting prices in Canadian dollars. Taxes, single supplements, room choices, local payments, upfront costs, optional activities, transfers, flights and insurance may affect the final price. Promotional prices and discounts are subject to their own eligibility and validity periods.

4. Third-Party Tour Operators

Named operators may include Tourland, Discover Canada Tours, Moose Travel Network, Fresh Adventures, Intrepid Travel or other suppliers. Aliinns LTD is not the tour operator merely because a package is displayed on the Site. The final operator or supplier terms govern delivery, changes, cancellations, participation requirements and safety rules.

5. Traveller Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate traveller details, checking passport and entry requirements, assessing the suitability of activity levels, obtaining appropriate travel insurance and disclosing relevant accessibility or dietary needs before booking.

6. Itinerary Changes

Mountain, coastal and wildlife itineraries are affected by weather, wildfire, road conditions, seasonal access, tides, sea conditions and supplier operations. Published stops may therefore be changed, substituted or cancelled by the operator.

7. Website Use and Intellectual Property

You may use the Site for personal travel research and enquiries. Site design, original copy, code and Aliinns branding may not be copied or redistributed without permission. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aliinns LTD is not responsible for acts or omissions of third-party tour operators, accommodation providers, transport providers or other suppliers. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario, Canada, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
